805 Group, which is comprised of 805 Realty & 805 Capital, began as a husband and wife team in Houston, Texas. We created this company to help people find their perfect home.
We found that in Houston, with the help of HAR, buyers are very independent and love to do most of their home search themselves. That, coupled with other technology and an abundance of resources, created a new type of buyer. This modern buyer is someone who knows exactly what they want, has access to a ton of data, and wants to partner with a real estate agent to get the deal done seamlessly. We created 805 Realty for this type of buyer.
We especially love working with investors because we found that our finance backgrounds work well with those who are hyper focused on the numbers. We created this one-stop shop for investors by offering them the two things that they want most - lending and cash back on their projects.
We've now expanded to add on other agents and partners. This company was created to be a win-win for buyers and agents. Buyers who are members get a 2% cash back, and agents get to focus on the market, negotiating, and contracts.

DONNA BOYD
805 Realty
Donna is a dedicated Houston Realtor who specializes in residences in the inner loop. She loves working with people and understands what it takes to successfully help clients buy or sell a home. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BBA Degree in Finance and Pre-Med. She worked at firms such as Keller Williams, Sudhoff Companies (now Douglas Elliman), and Compass before starting her own brokerage in 2021.
As a proud Houstonian, Donna feels that Houston is one of the best places to live and to raise a family. Whether you want to be in the city or on a ranch, Houston offers that and everything in between. Houston has great food, comfortable living, a diverse culture, and endless events for all.
People choose Donna because of her energy, professionalism, and strong work ethic. Her financial background goes hand in hand with her ability to negotiate and analyze market data. She believes in listening to her clients and providing high quality service and information to help clients make their best decision.
Donna is fluent in Mandarin, and moved to Houston with her family when she was two. In her spare time she enjoys reading, practicing yoga, and spending time with her loved ones.

Dan's passion for real estate began when he purchased his first rental property shortly after graduating college, more than 20 years ago. He understands the challenges and opportunities that real estate investors face on a daily basis. He has found that trust, integrity, and transparency are the keys to success. The mission of 805 Capital is to build long term relationships with investors that share our core values.
Prior to forming 805 Capital, Dan spent over 20 years on Wall Street, primarily with Goldman Sachs and BMO Capital Markets. He lives in Houston with his wife Donna, and their son.
